Alchol lowers you're body temperature. Many drunks, and or homeless individuals fall victim to freezing to death, during the winter, do to the fact of not staying in a shelter wile intoxicated. In additon to the fact that the ground draws heat away from the body, the combination can be fatal. Wile marijuana has had little study and there is no evidence what so ever that it has any effect on human body temperature.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Consuming simple carbohydrates such as alcohol or sugar temporarily raises you're body temperature which often causes you to sweat, which in turn rapidly lowers you're body temperature.
