There are no tidal power stations yet in Cambodia, though there is talk of hydroelectric dams on the Mekong River.

Looking at a Google map (see link below) there is a large enclosed bay with two narrow exits at Chhak Kaoh Kong at the mouth of the Kas Kong River that might be suitable for tidal power. The width of one exit is about 4 km, and the other is only 300 meters. That would need a substantial investment (a lot of money) to get it started.
