Most drug tests will test for Vicodin (hydrocodone and/or its metabolities). Hydrocodone metabolizes into hydromorphone--another opioid (brand name: Dilaudid). In that case, it would test positive for opioids/opiates. If you have a prescription, then there is no problem legally.
