Yes it is true. Exercising helps you lose a little bit of weight. Muscles take the glucose alot faster when you are doing exercises. Studies showed that when you walk 20 or 30 minutes your blood sugar could drop 40 points.

Yes, walking is very good for diabetics.

Walking is good for anyone and everyone, unless you have a broken leg and your doctor has told you not to walk on it till it heals. ;)
