I can't give an answer from a health care professional stand point, but I can give an answer from the perspective of a girl on Warfarin. I was on a pretty constant dosage of 7.5 mg or so for 5-6 months, and just recently my dosage has been upped to 11.25 mg. Ever since that drastic change in dosage, I have been losing lots and LOTS of hair every time it is washed, brushed, and even touched.
