i've always thought that like a chestnut brown looks good with white hair, not so much of dark maybe, but yes to light brown.

Personally, I don't think there is a hair colour as such, to suit blue eyes. Blond hair and blue eyes looks attractive (in girls), so does brown hair, and I think black hair looks the most attractive in them. It's e.g. so contrasting.
