In book 10, 'The Emperor of Nihon-Ja', in the epilogue Will tries but fails into proposing to Alyss after a party of the Engagement of Horace and Evanlyn. She states that he has to do a whole lot better than that and walks of supposedly angry. Will stands there confused but doesn't know that Alyss was smiling.
yes. she falls in love with will. email me for any more Qs fudro.jaccob@yahoo.com :)
Relationship is never happy if one person likes another but the other doesn't like them. So while Alyss is in love with Will, and Will is also in love with Alyss, it will be a happy result. Evanlyn and Will has no special relationship other than friendship whatsoever. Also in the story it shows signs of Evalyn and Horace might start dating each other so. Will with Alyss and Horace with Evalyn makes everyone happy.
Will goes in undercover as a jongleur in norgate fief because there has been rumors about a sorcerer. Alyss helps Will but is disguised as Lady Gwendylyn
Marid Mutalimov was born in 1980.
So far the answer is no. The latest book the Emperor of Nihon-Ja *spoiler* Will and Alyss and Horace and Evanlyn are engaged to be married and apparently the next book and possibly last book 11 will be a collection of stories which answer questions not answered so far
In ranger's apprentice: The Icebound Land the internal conflict is whether Will can come out of Scandia alive. He and Alyss have to escape after Will is captured. When Will gets to Skandia he is sold as a slave and put to brutal work where it almost kills him
It may seem like it, but the rumor is probably not true for several reasons. First of all, Will and Alyss are a couple. Second, the author mentioned that Horace has feelings for Cassandra.
Ranger Smith
The Ranger's Apprentice series is about Will, a small orphan child, who wants to become a knight. However, certain circumstances change when instead he becomes a Ranger, which is the land of Araluen's 'police'. The series is about his apprenticeship, his missions, his lover Alyss and all the wild and wonderful people he meets. The author, John Flanagan, is also writing another series, the Brotherband chronicles, which takes place simultaneously to Ranger's Apprentice but is situated in Skandia.
