You can still drink wine after it has been frozen, it will thaw pretty quickly.
As long as the cork has not been forced from the neck of the bottle you should be fine. If the cork has come up than drink it as soon as it has been thawed.
If the bottle has cracked don't drink the wine you might be drinking glass.
Beware of sparkling wine, because it is carbonated and there is extra pressure from the expanding water molecules. This wine should be thawed in a sink or bathtub with a towel over it just in case.
No nothing with alcohol will freeze. At least not completely.
Alcohol will freeze at a low enough temperature. So yes you can freeze white wine but it would take a much colder temperature than water. Pure alcohol is almost impossible to freeze without the use of liquid nitrogen or other. Beer will work though. The show Mythbusters did an episode involving instafreezng beer. If you can get beer right on its freezing temperature and then give it a physical shock like gently slamming it on a table it will give the crystal structure a base and cause the liquid inside the beer to crystallize to "ice"
Most wine is not good after being frozen, except for "Icewine," which is made from frozen grapes, usually Riesling.
Its always dangerous - solid, liquid or gas.
This depends on the alcohol content of the wine and some other factors, but 15 to 20 degrees Fahrenheit is about the temp where wine will freeze.

The "particles" are small bubbles, and should dissipate within a few minutes.
If a window was left open then condensation could have formed an frozen. If not then something is on the inside of the windows and will need to be cleaned. Try washing the windows with a spray bottle with white vinegar and wipe with newspaper pages instead of rags. This should remove whatever is on the glass.
My personal favorite is Pure. Its in a white bottle and it's really clean, but still masculine and I just think its wonderful!

Hennessy White costs about $40.00-$45.00 a bottle in the Bahamas. It is only available in one size.
There should not be any white flakes in bottled water. If you have white flakes in your bottle, do not drink it, throw it away and open a new bottle of water.
Some will and some won't. White glue is useless after it has been frozen, for instance.

having white gums is unhealthy. if the dog is still happy and not hurt while eating, than its not having any pain. you should still get them treated by a vet or it will cause serious damage upon the dog. HOW COULD YOU DO THAT TO THE POOR DOG.
