There is no limit. You can register any number of domain names.

Generally the landowner has no power to stipulate (demand or specify) any terms regarding a taking by eminent domain. It will be done according to the legal process in the jurisdiction. If this affects you it should be discussed with an attorney who specializes in property law in your jurisdiction.
Why should eminent domain be stopped?
It shouldn't be stopped because eminent domain is sometimes necessary to prevent greedy, selfish or bigotted people from sabotaging the public good. What is necessary is a revision of the law, and if necessary the Constitution, to prevent any repetition of the recent scandalous behaviour in Connecticut where some people had their family homes taken away so that private enterprise could make some private money.
How did Eminent domain affect building highways?
If I'm not mistaken, Eminent Domain was one of FDR's planks in the "New Deal" and mainly meant building a nationwide INTERSTATE highway system to increase jobs while at the same time, higher speed limits assuring quicker delivery across the nation. In my opinion,the idea was inspired by Europe's train system, which was put together with no road ever crossing the tracks, allowing trains to go as fast as they wanted without the threat of collision with other traffic. The concept of eminent domain goes back to the time of the Constitution (see the fifth amendment). Under the Constitution, property owners must be paid fair market value for property acquired under eminent domain. Building highways without the right of eminent domain would be extremely costly. A single recalcitrant property owner of a key piece of land could extort any amount of money from the agency building the highway. In a worst case scenario, the government agency could be forced to find alternative sites or zigzag to avoid uncooperative property owners.

If the domain is a proper subset of that then the range must be defined accordingly. Similarly, if the range is known then the appropriate domain needs to be defined.

The acceptable valuables for a domain name are. Alphanumeric with letters that are on the English alphabet, no stressed symbols. E.G www.googlé.com is not allowed. And they must be English letters, so you couldn't have. ввв.гоогле.ком Would not be allowed as that is written in the Russian alphabet. No punctuation either. So no www.google!.com I believe the limit is 3-63 characters per any domain name.
