Most do not have a fuel filter.
it may not have one. If it does it will be located on the fuel line between the fuel tank and the carburetor.
Try cleaning or changing the air filter...........also check for blockage in fuel line or change the fuel filter if it has one.
probably either a clogged fuel pump or a clogged air filter.
Its usually inside the take on the inlet of the carburator. Some models only have inline filters which are in the fuel line

696854 is the Briggs Filter on my 24 horse now that is probably a Sears part number.
Check fuel filter or sticking float: replace filter clean carb. hope this helps

There are a couple different oil filters that fit a Briggs and Stratton 24 hp engine. The most common oil filter is a PE 105.

There is restriction of fuel flow somewhere. Look for a clogged fuel filter, a pinched fuel line, or debris in the fuel tank. Otherwise, the carburetor needs to be re-set.
