Yes
Yes.
You will. Be arrested
Either the DMV or the local courts.
You would likely be arrested.
Yes, you will be ticketed. The laws of ALL states require that you apply for, and be issued, a drivers license from the state in which you reside.
Yes, your DUI will transfer to Virginia. They all share the same database so whenever your license or social security number is pulled up, it will be pulled up.
No. Driving is not a right. They can take your license away at any time.
There are several things that can happen. One is, if you are caught in the state that the license is suspended you will be arrested until the fine is payed. If there are added charges they must also be payed. If you are pulled over in another state, so long as you have no warrents against you, they will not bother you. There are other things such as points against your license and the reason you are pulled over or checked to begin with.
A state can request for your state to suspend your license. Your state may or may not comply. If your state does not comply, the other state can still revoke your driving privilege in that state, and, if you're pulled over in that state, it is treated the same as driving on a suspended license.

You must present a drivers license and proof of vehicle insurance. The officer might ask for more but that is what is required.
