There is no drain plug for air conditioning. All is done through the service ports with a recovery / charging station machine. Some gm compressors have a crank case plug, but that is not a drain plug; it is to add oil when servicing the compressor.
Make sure the condensation water, inside the furnace, is draining out. You probably should check the coil, inside the furnace and clean it.
