Sorry, but the property belongs to the estate. They can charge rent. Hopefully you will inherit the property, or most of the value of it when the estate is settled.
Palestinians believe that the land of palestine belongs to them because their ancestors lived in the area, building cities and cultivating the land for hundreds and hundreds of years. They believe that they own this land just as anyone else who buys something or builds something owns the fruit of their labor. Because most Arabs are not Jewish, they do not accept the promise from God to his 'chosen people' as a legitimate reason for their property to be taken away.
depends on state, usually legally means just that legally, meaning signing legal papers!!
In general a landlord is not legally responsible for the actions of the people who rent housing from him or her. If your son was hurt by somebody else who lived in the same rental property because the building was defective and so this other tenant came crashing through your son's ceiling and struck him, then there would be a case. Otherwise, I don't see it.
That property was demolished.
When I lived in Nebraska with my husband, we had the house put in my name. I also bought two other houses for rental property, and they were also in my name only.

It depends on whether or not you are here legally. You will not legally be a citizen until you have lived in the US for four years after you have bought a home in the US.
my partner and i have lived together for 11 years, we have a 10 year old child. The property is in my sole name. what are her rights as regards the property?
You could check the county divorce records in any jurisdiction where the couple lived. You could also check the official state vital records office in the state capital. If you don't find any evidence of divorce then ask your husband where the decree was entered. If there was no divorce then you are not legally married and his wife would inherit his property as the surviving spouse if he died. You could check the county divorce records in any jurisdiction where the couple lived. They didn't spend a "honeymoon" anywhere except perhaps Alexandria where they lived. The ancients did not follow that custom. Besides Antony and Cleopatra were never legally married in the first place. They didn't spend a "honeymoon" anywhere except perhaps Alexandria where they lived.
