Call a veterinarian. Some chemicals used in Swimming Pools are harmful to animals when they drink them. ANY time an animal eats or drinks something that could possibly be dangerous to their health, call a vet immediately. Do not come online and post a question on a site where it might not be answered until it is too late.
Small amounts of pool water won't hurt a dog, just as it wouldn't hurt a human being. It is recommended that if this is a frequent occurance you should put a large bowl of fresh water near the pool and if your dog drinks from the pool scold it and then bring to to the fresh water. After a couple of times it should learn to drink from the bown instead of the pool.
It is probably safer than drinking water drank by a human the dog has fewer diseases that can be caught by humans then humans do.
Yesterday I 'drank' three gallons of milk I just drank a whole bottle of vimto My dog just drank some of her water from the metal bowl :)
Fill a bucket with water, then mark the water level on the bucket with a waterproof marker. Set the bucket next to the pool. Next, mark the water level of the pool. After a couple of days, check the marks on the bucket and the pool. They should measure the same (having lost the same amount of water due to evaporation). If the pool level has dropped more than the level of water in the bucket, you have a leak somewhere. (By the way, make sure your dog hasn't drank out of the bucket, or pool!)
just fresh water.
No, the chlorination will not harm the dog.
No , gets their fur wet ,and they don't like that --------------------------------------------------------------------------- its not true many poodles i know they love water includes mine
Water soluble paints are nontoxic but your dog will have funny looking terds for several days.
Their tounges will stick to the ice unless you want to put it in the water, that is fine.
No it can not, because chlorine is not killable.
Bye bye doggy. รขหยน
because the water sinks into their fur and dry there and it makes them stink
yes chiuauas can swim. I had a pool and i put my dog in the water and he was only about 1 year old. Then automatically he started swimming i was very proud of him. Just make sure that if you put a chiuauaua in water that is deeper so he cant reach the bottom make sure that the dog is supervised or if you put the dog into the pool you should be in the water with the dog if it is the first time your dog tires to swim.
