First you go to court to get a court ordered DNA test unless the mother is willing to provide one. If you after that is found not to be the biological father and has paid child support there is a chance you can sue the biological father for the amount you have paid for the child depending on if you know who he is, how much time has passed and what the laws says where you live. Speak to a lawyer about your case.
yes, unless he has a restraining order against you.
he says i dont want your dam child
no. I believe you can. Its called WIC
They can, but only if the biological father and both sets of grandparents (if alive) dont argue it. The biological father has rights over the children, the stepparents DO NOT unless the children have been legally adopted. It gets even trickier depending on the state and county and if there is a custody agreement.
Yes He Does If You Didnt File A Government Order For Him To Stay Away. If You Dont Want Him To See Your Child Then Go Get A Court Order.
My Father, who is a cop, says YES ... but i dont know the Code/Section number.
I dont believe there is a legal age to become engaged only married, which is 16 with parental consent and 18 without.
if the father is known then you have toget permission if not then see a solicitor ive been there if you dont want to contact the biological father you could always change name by depol hope this helps also if the father pays maintenance this would stop if adopted child or you could ask the biological father to sign over the rights and he then does not pay maintenance
I dont think so
18, I believe. Dont have it unless you're in a real relationship, or your married. It's different in different states.

If you want him to, sure. Unless you or the father says otherwise and wants to drag the matter to court.
