This is really very difficult to answer, because "get" is used in so many different contexts. "to obtain" might be "conseguir" or "obtener". "recieve" might be "recibir". Ther are quite a few others. If you look in most Spanish-English dicionaries, the list of different contexts goes on for about two pages.
You may find this interesting to know that there is no "it" in the Spanish language. In Spanish, there is always he/she, which is El/Ella. In plural form, it is ellos/ellas. "It" can be expressed, depending on context, by using "lo" or rarely, "ello". Example: "say it to me" can be "dímelo". "Lo voy a conseguir en la tienda" is "I'm going to get it at the store".
