what I think is that they amended the Constitution to reduce the risks and give its citizens a few basic rights
The United States is the only country to recognize the rights from the constitution. If you are arrested outside the US you have to follow the laws of that country and the Constitution doesn't apply.
The Bill of Rights is the first ten amendments to the US Constitution.
The original Bill of Rights in the US Constitution.
the constitution gave us rights as US citizens. although it is not perfect...it has been amended, or changed. it allowed us all to become one whole person..
No..first they made the constitution..then later the declaration of independence and in it, was the bill of rights which included freedom of speech..
Individual rights are protected by the US Constitution.
Why was the US Constitution amended to include all bill of rights
Why was the us constitution amended to include all bill of rights
No. Nowhere in the constitution is "freedom of rights" mentioned
Declaration of Independence
It is important to note that our rights are not "given" to us by the US Government or any other such entity. Our natural rights, many of which are outlined in the Bill of Rights and elsewhere in the US Constitution, come from our humanity, our Creator, and/or by virtue of our existence as free people. The purpose of the rights listed in the US Constitution is not to "give" them to us, but rather to ensure that the Government does not infringe upon them. It isn't a declaration of our rights, but an acknowledge of them.
