Where I live, in British Columbia, they are almost all 14' wide and mostly 48, 56 and 68 ' long. That gives you 672, 784 or 952 sq, ft.

-Some people 'double up' the shorter units giving 1344 and 1568 sq. ft. - I bought a 952 and added a separate room on the side, of 8x25 -so giving me 1152 sq.ft. in total.

It all depends how much space you need for living and also how much space you want for car parking.
