The question isn't clear, so I'll assume you're asking how to download to the w580i. If you have internet on your phone, you can download from there, but there's other ways too.

You'll need Sony Ericsson PC Suite installed on your computer, and a phone-computer connector cord. Download the games/ringtones/whatever you want to your computer, then plug your phone into your computer and open Sony Ericsson PC Suite. Wait a few seconds until the icon on the screen turns green, and then click on "File Transfer." Your computer's files are on the left, phone/phone memory card files are on the right. Choose you want to save the downloads to your phone itsself or it's memory card (Memory card suggested if you have one) and double click the memory card folder. If you want to put in a ringtone, go to music>ringtones. If you want to put in a song, go to music. If you want to put in a game, go to other. Etc. Once you're in the folder you want to put the file into, find the file on your computer and press the arrow facing to the right, it will put the file onto your phone. If it's a game file, after you put it on your phone, go on your phone to "My Stuff" (The menu icon on the left, second to the bottom) and go down to "Other." Select the game from "other" and it will begin installing. Then you can save it to "Games" and play it.
