In World of Warcraft, the Mage is open as a class option at the character creation screen. The Alliance races that can currently become Mages are Humans, Gnomes and Draenei. At the Horde side, Trolls, Blood Elves and Forsaken can become Mages.
There are currently 12 races in World of Warcraft. They are split between 2 factions with six races on each side. Alliance: Human, Night Elf, Dwarf, Gnome, Draenei, and Worgen. Horde : Orc, Troll, Tauren, Undead, Blood Elf, and Goblin. In the soon to be released expansion, Mists of Pandaria, they will add a 13th race known as the Pandaren. This will be available to both factions.
If you mean the Draenei, it is unlocked, along with the Blood elf, when you add the Burning Crusade package to your gaming experience. If you mean the last class, Death Knight, then you need to buy the Wrath of the Lich King upgrade package and get a character to level 55.
Silvermoon is the capital city for the Blood Elves.

These two races/characters who appear grey on your 'Create a Character' screen are Draenei (Alliance) and Blood Elves (Horde). They appear on your game as 'locked' because you need to install the 'Burning Crusade' expansion set in order to play as them. You can purchase this from any good game selling shop or buy a downloadable installation online. Hoped this helped :)
Only if you want to create a dranei or blood elf, level past 60(70Max.), or go to the outland. Burning Crusade Is An Expansion For World of Warcraft.
You can't do this action, there is really not that many blood scenes at all and it isn't gory with thick blood like you'd see on other games.
During the history of the Burning Crusade, Blood Elves were seen as "bad guys". Many of them followed Kael'thas, they attacked the Draenei, and used Demonic magic. They even captured a Naaru, and had their Blood Knights drain its power to become Paladins. However, at the end of the story, the Scryer faction and the Paladins found that they now truly followed the Light and its ideals, and joined in with the Horde on a more relaxed footing. They are relatively neutral, but like Forsaken, can be very vicious and uncaring.
The best dancer for each faction would be: Female Blood Elves Male Night Elves
