Interlacing ~KitRae
Interlaced monitors.
They will if they are using interlacing. If they are using vector scanning, then no.

In my opinion, the LCD definitely is better than the CRT, based on the simple fact of clarity and color. While CRT is less expensive than an LCD, it also causes increased eyestrain when viewing a computer screen for a long period of time.
A television having color rings on the screen could be from a couple issues. There could be an internal fault with the CRT or a failed degaussing coil.
monochromatic means it can display only one color except black. Each pixel in Monochromatic crt contain a phosphor dot of one color whereas in color CRT the phosphor dot in each pixel contains three colors Red, green, blue(RGB).
I will explain how a monochrome (black-and-white) display works. A color display has the same basic mechanism, but with each pixel replaced by a triple of independent elements that produce varying amounts of red, green, and blue.
his depends on what type of monitor you are using. If it is a CRT (the big long old one) or a LCD (newer flat screen). If it is a CRT, then the monitor is going bad, and you need to replace it. If it is an LCD, then it is probably just a color setting.
CRT Lanaudière was created in 2002.
This is a dangerous project, if you have to ask, I would not try it. Very high voltages are present even when the set is unplugged.
