In the left navigation pane, go to 'View All Phones' and follow the navigation to select your phone. Near the top of that page is a bunch of buttons, one of which will read "Resources." Click on it, and that page will have a section for "Downloads." There is a link there for the "USB Cable Driver." This link will download the driver for you to install.
