it depends on how many milligrams you took usually they stay in your system for up to 72 hours. i am perscribed xanax and it is also a benzo so the only advice i can give you is drink plenty of fluids so that you clean out your bladder. but don't drink so much to where you get sick because i watched a program where some girl drank to much water and almost died. she drank it not stop though.

I drank total eclipse assure detox and have drank a lot of water tonight. I plan to drink much more water up to the test tomorrow probably even cranberry juice. I've also heard about taking a couple shots of vinegar so I'm thinking of that as well. I will do anything I will lose my job if i pop positive for amphetemines.
