These symptoms could very well be the flu. It may be seasonal, swine or could just be a bad cold. Many other things can also cause these symptoms including anxiety or a bad piece of fish. Do check with your doctor when in doubt but for the time being treat yourself as if you have the flu till you know otherwise.
