The causes of the red tide (harmful algae blooms) last year in the UAE is still being investigated. Scientists brought in from the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institution and Donald Anderson a well known expert in algae blooms has been assisting the UAE with this issue.
Several types of marine phytoplankton (microscopic plantlike cells) can cause the red tide phenomenon. It leaves a red cast on the waters. The cells produce chemical toxins which can contaminate the fish and kill them. It can also cause respiratory problems for humans if close to the shore. Some researchers say this maybe a natural occurrence, some put it down to man-made chemical pollutions and some even say the weather plays a role.
Signs of Red Tide:
*Water colour changes
*Dead fish
*Breathing difficulties and allergies occurring near the shore.
Phytoplankton is the type of plankton that is usually responsible for the toxic phenomenon known as red tide. The reason this happens is due to photosynthetic pigments in the algae.
The phenomenon due to which we can judge
Due to the moon Tide's are made
Massive black hole has been witnessed at Antarctica. It is due to the low temperature there.
due to the phenomenon of refraction .
It is called a Spring Tide.
it has to do with astronomy because the moon controls the tide with a gravitational pull due to the position of the Moon and its rotational Spin. Go to the NASA website for answers......
Yes, tides are caused by the gravitational attraction that the moon exerts on the Earth and its bodies of water.
mirror works with the phenomenon of reflection but not the phenomenon of refraction .when the light rays are reflected only the image is formed .
It is much too cold to wash them out tide
