Erosion of beachers occurs constantly but mainly in seasons with high tides and regions with strong winds that influence the waves.
It's a long process that is all based around erosion. There are three types of erosion, physical, mechanical and chemical: -Physical erosion would be the waves crashing against cliffs. -Mechanical erosion is a much more complex process. For instance, water fills a small crack. The water freezes and the crack expands. This can happen many times, leading to massive damage. -Chemical erosion is the sort of stuff that acid rain does to limestone statues. When the rocks get eroded a lot, they become smaller rocks. This is constantly repeated until, eventually, the rocks become sand. I could write more on the movement of sand, sandbanks, dredging etc. but that's probably covered elsewhere.

Sheeterosionis the detachment of soil particles by raindrop impact and their removal downslope by water flowing overland as a sheetinstead of in definite channels is defined as sheet erosion.
They both change the Earth's surface quickly
Beaches are built up during quiet weather and removed rapidly during storms. Most beaches are longer and wider in summer vs winter due to weather conditions. Also, damming rivers can cause beaches to shrink.

XM radio will usually work during stormy conditions, but you may experience brief cutouts.
Beaches are usually the most severelly impact. Hurricanes form over the ocean and cause damage when they hit land. When this happens the wind can drive seawater onto land in what is called a storm surge. Beaches bear the brunt of this storm surge and beachfront properties are usually the first to be destroyed.
Riverbank erosion is always happening to some degree somewhere in Bangladesh. However, it is usually much more common and more severe during times when river flows are the greatest--usually therefore during June-August. While flooding also correlates with high water, flooding and erosion are not absolutely linked: areas can have very high rates of bank erosion at one time and no local flooding, can have both, or can have flooding but little erosion. See www.livingwiththejamuna.com for a more detailed explanation.
