A large solar storm occurred in 1859, and this caused electrical disturbances to the satellites. There are seasons and patterns to the solar storms, and the Sun's activity is picking up again.
what are some examples of seismic disturbances
No. Hurricanes are caused by atmospheric disturbances and warm ocean water. Plate tectonics has to do with the movement of the Earth's crust.
a natural disaster like a tsunami or tornado. Volcano etc.
They interfere with all types of RF (radio / TV) transmission / reception.
Magnetic Storms have a severe affect on our technological and electrical infrastructure, both in space and on the ground. Usually Earth's magnetic field, generated by the dynamo under earth's lithosphere, protects us from magnetic disturbances, but severe magnetic storms have in the past knocked out power grids in the entire province of Quebec. Magnetic Storms would have a severe effect, and would likely, en masse, shut down large amounts of current human grids and technological infrastructure, as concluded by the National Academy of Sciences.

Sunspots are regions of high physical and magnetic turbulence on the Sun. They increase and decrease in number during an 11-year solar sunspot cycle, but variations within the cycle mean it isn't always just a smooth up and down graph. From the sunspots large amounts of radiation and matter can be thrown around and some of the radiation can cause electrical and magnetic disturbances in the upper atmosphere or even on the Earth itself. During high sunspot activity the general level of solar surface and coronal activity is also high, with more flares and prominences which also areas of great disturbances. Flares are huge disturbances on the Sun which can throw out massive amounts of radiation and mass in what are known as CME's, or Coronal Mass Ejections, and they can have a big effect on Earth. Large disturbances on Earth from solar storms are called geomagnetic storms can knock out entire electrical networks as has happened in Canada and the northern states of the USA before. For the last two years the Sun has been unusually quiet, meaning very few sunspots have been seen and therefore fewer magnetic disturbances have happened, including the disappearance of the Northern Lights for almost the entire period but there are a few sunspots visible now and an occasional aurora has been seen since last December.
Geomagnetic storms!
Disturbances within the earth crust, such as plate movements.
rock layers disturbed bo forces within the Earth
They are called "moonquakes" but have different causes than the quakes on Earth.
This grounds the aircraft and protects it from any electrical disparity.
It is the ground line of the system or electrical leg that is going to the earth.
Electrical circuits are grounded to the earth.
The Moon orbits the Sun. The gravitation of the Earth will provide slight disturbances to the Moon's orbit around the Sun, but mainly, the Moon moves around the Sun.The Moon orbits the Sun.
