They FDO's are the first point of contact of the customer coming into the bank,so its important to always remember to wear the vision, mission and theme of the bank,irrespective of how you feel at that point in time.

Be courteous, empathetic, humble,have integrity,polite,resilient,always wear a smile, smart ,efficient and effective on the desk.

Their duties vary from making and receiving phone calls to any other duty that might be assigned.just keep an open mind to multi-tasking.
