You can go to any college that has a culinary program, you can go to a culinary school that specializes in culinary training, you can attend non-college cooking classes, you can get a job in a kitchen washing dishes and watch what the chefs do, etc. What I'm wondering is, why not just type "culinary arts education" into a search engine like Google instead of posting it on Wiki and waiting until some bored culinary student comes along and answers you.
