Electromagnetic enlistment is the making of an electro-rational force (EMF) via a moving attractive field around an electric channel and, on the other hand, the production of flow by moving an electric conveyor through a static attractive field. A microphone is a good example of a device that utilizes electromagnetic induction (Faraday's Law) to convert motion (vibrations in air) into electricity. The sound vibrates a membrane attached to a little magnet inside a coil of wire. The changing magnetic field induces a current in the wire.

The clusters of magnetic atoms in them, usually scrambled up, all get aligned with the electromagnetic field, so they also exert a magnetic force.
The electrons of the permanent magnet would align the way the electromagnetic field passed through the magnet.
