Either the carburetor needs cleaned, there is dirt in the gas tank, or the air filter needs changed.
If you are referring to the engine cover, a crack will hurt nothing. It directs air around the engine to help keep it cool. If you are referring to the valve cover then the crack may allow oil to seep out, and will need to be repaired or replaced.
i have the same problem, already replaced the switch. Its the motor. its around $90 new
There are many shops in and around Los Angeles that offer engine belt replacement. Try either your local dealership, Barsom Automotive or Fix Car Now.
Yes it loses it's ability to protect the engine and must be replaced, around every two years is the usual time between changes.
FIND A NEW SEARCH ENGINE TYPE IT IN THERE SO :-)
They should be replaced at around 100,000 miles. The cam belt on your 2003 Honda must be replaced at 110,000 miles. As long as the engine is running fine I would replace the spark plugs at the same time. Also replace the water pump at this time. This is an interference engine, and as such if the belt breaks you will have serious engine damage.
You need to have the main relay replaced. I did that with my 1992 accord. ask around if you don't believe me. good luck. ro
You can check your coolant reservoir cap for oil, check the oil cap for water, and check the seals around the middle of the engine for oil leaks. If any or all of these are present, there may be an intake leak and the intake gasket needs replaced.
It could either be a leaking vacuum line, EGR Valve or I believe its a idle position sensor on the throttle body. If you're looking for a vacuum leak, spray some WD-40 around the vacuum lines till the engine RPM increases. You'll know right away. If it is a vacuum leak it could also be where the intake manifold joins the engine. In either case it is not a good idea to drive it as it could ruin your engine.
The turnpike at Kennywood was replaced by a new attraction called Thomas Town, featuring rides and experiences themed around the popular children's character, Thomas the Tank Engine.
Yes! Cambelt can be replaced but you will need to get a ZETEC timing kit with your new timing belt..Ford no longer provides timing marks on the zetec engine so without this kit dont attempt it. You can pick this kit up directly off the internet for around 12 to 14-quid..dont Buy one from garage or parts shop as they will sting you for 40-70 quid!..Trust me on this, as i have already been through it..When you get the kit you will know how lock the CAMS and get the right TDC..Hope this little bit of info helps.
When I bought my '02 I was told that it no longer has the timing belt/chain that needs to be replaced at around 60,000 miles (my '96 did have a timing belt that needed to be replaced every 60,000 miles). I have put over 80,000 mi. on my '02 and nice to know I won't be getting surprised by timing belt failure. Did have to have the serpentine belt on the engine replaced recently though.
