Update your virus definitions, and run a scan on your hard drive (go watch a movie while this takes place).
Download MS updates and install those - repeat this step until there are no more downloads.
Download and install MalwareBytes and Spybot Search & Destroy - restart and run those as well.
Stop looking at porn - or choose safer porn.
