Ex N did hurt me after being apart for 2 months he has been calling an texting me lately It is hard not to respond to him but I have been strong Is this just a ploy or could it be genuine feelings?

Who knows what the N is doing or feeling? The only thing that holds true is that he is always changing, therefore, you are confused, never calm, and sucked into games to be with this person. Do not respond. Do not give up the healthy decision you have made for yourself. Do not second guess yourself. The N is tring to get control back and he is manipulating you. You will get over him much faster and you will have your power.

I was back and forth many times with my ex N and my biggest mistake was giving into his calls and text messages after I decided to get away from the unhealthy relationship. It has taken me a long time to forgive myself and to get over the anger and betrayal that I felt with the N. When he came back, whether he thought is was genuine at the moment or not, it was the same stuff. It was the same selfishness, self absorption, lack of empathy, competition, lying and betrayal (dating other women behind my back).

Stay strong- it has very little to do with how he's missing you- what he really needs from you is to make him feel that he is on top- he's obviuosly having a hard time finding a "supply" right now- remember he will not change! I think you know this. stay srong!
