Of course it is meant to control you. They live to control you. It gives them power. Putting you down builds up their fragile self esteem. No contact is your punishment for displeasing the narcissist, crossing them, standing up to them or interrupting their vision of the "perfect self" that they present to the public. Look on it as a gift. There is no cure for this disorder. The narcissist will destroy your self esteem and your life if you let him. He has done you a favor by withdrawing his life sucking fangs from you through which he drained your happiness and sense of self. Run and don't look back. It will be hard and you will obsess as to what you have done to deserve such bad treatment. You will go through the stages of grief from losing the relationship but eventually you will heal and see this person for what they really are... Evil to the core, Satan incarnate. Hang in there and you will heal. I promise. Just don't ever go back no matter how tempting it may seem or how charming they may be. It is all a lie. They will never care about you. They are incapable of love except for themselves.
A question that isn't meant to have an answer. Ex: Now who's more stupid than you?
mean can also mean rude but if you are looking for something in common with meant....mean is a present tense for meant and meant is past tense... examples ex: what do you mean? ex: he meant that he had 4 dogs, not four cats.
Unfinished business.....And not with the Ex, but in general.
I think you meant to ask: "Why do I hate my ex-?" Which could be your ex-spouse, ex-partner, etc?
-ex has a number of related meanings; out, over and away, and is used in English also to mean (mainly, but not limited to) "out of, from," but also "upwards, completely, deprive of, without," and "former". Knowing English, I predict other uses, speaking ex cathedra.
All it means is that you Guys are meant to be friends if you and your ex are meant to be together you will get back together
ex-slaves believed that ownership of land
This can mean one of two things: ex work - your last job ex work - from work (ex is a Latin word meaning from)

You cannot control other peoples feelings so when your ex says it's over you will have to take him at his word. As heartbreaking as it is try to get on with your life and start going out with friends and back into the dating circuit again and you will find the person you should truly be with. Don't sit around moping and if you are meant to be with your ex then you will be.
If you meant bullying then verbal(Ex. mean words, cyber bullying??) and physical(ex. punching, kicking)
Move on and if it was meant to be it will all fall into place.
