Ex boyfriend cheated on me and lied all of the time and is very immature he sits next to me in class and thinks I'm his friend how do i ignore him?

I think being friends or pretending to is not an option. Also, don't try to act as if you don't care unless you're a very good actress. Otherwise it will look pathetic - you desperately trying to hide your feelings. It's ok to show that you don't like him because he hurt you or is a moron in general, however, displays of hatred are also not recommended coz everyone will just get a good show gratis.
Your motto should be: he hurt me, he's not a good guy, at least not good enough for me, so I don't like him and don't want to be friends with him, however he has no power over me, which means that I don't get too nervous/irritated/sad/crying/distracted near him, I just try to calmly continue disliking him and his presence, and I know that in future I will lose any feelings towards him whatsoever, so this is just a temporal problem for me since we humans are built this way, and really, I'm so lucky that I found out the bad person he was prior to marrying him and having his children!!! Hooray!!! Now I will be able to find my special man who will really love me like I deserve it. ;)
So don't get too obsessed with him, live your life, meet other boys and one day you will find to your surprise that you honestly don't care about him at all, don't understand how you could ever care or worry because of this guy and even feel pity towards him. Believe me, time's a wonderful healer if you let it do its job!
