Some examples of electromechanical devices include electric motors, solenoid valves, relays, and actuators. These devices convert electrical energy into mechanical motion or force, allowing them to perform various tasks in machines and systems.
Some examples of devices that do not use electromagnets include simple mechanical tools like hammers and screwdrivers, as well as passive devices like a piece of rope or a wooden stick. These devices do not rely on electromagnetic principles for their operation.
A lever is a mechanical device.
Some examples of IP devices are internet modems and routers, EtherNet/IP drive devices, VoIP systems, and numerous electronic devices, such as an iPad.
Mechanical Advantage = Effort/Load
Non-examples of electric motors include mechanical devices that do not use electricity for power, such as a manual hand-cranked winch or a steam engine. Additionally, devices that use alternative sources of energy, like a windmill or a water wheel, are also not examples of electric motors. Finally, devices that convert energy in a different way, such as a pulley system or a hydraulic motor, are not considered electric motors.

Mechanical devices were designed to use mechanical components and movements to perform specific tasks efficiently and reliably. These devices relied on gears, levers, and other mechanical parts to generate motion and achieve the desired output.
Some are, some aren't, like most mechanical devices.
Mechanical Engineering has a good scope than ece....ece is all about electric devices and communication devices.......even mechanical engineer can do some of that job....mechanical can go in any field even in IT field if you are good at CAD....so i vote for mechanical......
