If both will not work on low beam then it's probably your dimmer switch. It's in the steering column and a pain to change. thanks but drivers side only Check the connection in the plug for the headlight. It may be broke or corroded. You can also check for power on the pin with a test light. If you have no power on low, check the connections up the circuit. Does it have automatic lights? If so, you may try turning them on manually. Worth a shot. Let me know, I'm interested. Good luck.
try changing the spark plug wires also
Did you reset the light? I don't know what gasket you changed, but undoubtedly that was not the problem. The check engine light comes on when there is a problem with the emissions system.
If all tires are at the pressure listed on the sticker on the drivers door jamb and the light is still on, then you may have a sensor issue and will need to have it serviced. If all tires are at the pressure listed on the sticker on the drivers door jamb and the light is still on, then you may have a sensor issue and will need to have it serviced.

Is the bulb burned out?
This light has to be reset by the person doing the oil change. It is not automatic when the oil is changed.
There are hundreds of things that can couse a check engine light. You need to have it checked for codes.
Your car has issues. Some of my friends also have fords. Some of them work and some of them don't work. In my opinion cars are getting cheaper and cheaper. Not in price, but in quality.
I changed your battery?? I don't think so. I think your alternator is your problem!
Did you check the fuse?
it has to be reset if you disconnect the battery for a few minutes should do it
If the heater still works the bulb is just burn out. I doubt you can change the light you will have to replace the switch.
