∙ 16y agofirst and most often easiest way - read the case. it will usually say something like 'compaq presario' or 'GX 110' (those are older models though). second, if the first doesnt work - you have to know what operating system you have at least. for windows, just go to start (on the taskbar) and then right-click on 'my computer' then left-click 'properties' (clicks are opposite on some computers). the window that pops up should tell you everything you need to know about your computer. i dont know about mac computers
