I know in Pa you can not get your charge expunged if you pleaded giulty to it.To get expungment you have to go before a judge and explain your case and they decide if theyre gonna expunge it or not. And you can not get violent crimes expinged.
Expungement can clear your entire record. It only applies if the DUI is the only thing on your record.
Yes, I know a scout sniper that likes the booze and has a DUI. However, I'm sure he had to pull some strings or have a higher up vouch for him or somehow concealed the DUI during the process...but to answer your question there are scout snipers out there with DUI's
