I think you are talking about Act 3 Scene 5 where Romeo and Juliet wake up after their wedding night and Juliet doesn't want him to leave. She claims that the lark which is singing is really a nightingale (she knows it isn't but she wants to prolong the moment).

In this scene, Romeo and Juliet exchange their first words to each other during a party. They engage in intense and flirtatious dialogue, culminating in an instant connection and professing their love despite learning they come from feuding families. This initial exchange sets the stage for their tragic romance to unfold.

It's not a real argument. Romeo knows it's morning and is preparing to leave, when Juliet says, "It's not morning yet. Come back to bed and cuddle." But when he agrees, because he can't say no to her, she realizes that she was being selfish, wanting a cuddle from him when his life is in danger. She knows perfectly well that morning has come and Romeo must leave her to save his life. Because she loves him she insists on his doing so.The debate over whether it is morning or not centres on whether the bird singing outside their window is a lark (which sings in the morning) or a nightingale (which sings at night).
