Yes, if it is waterproof. If it is a pencil make sure to sharpen it before and after every use in there as it shaves of the layer that touched your eye. If you use a brush be sure to wash after everytime so you won't get an infection in your eye.
Yes, you can. Do it slowly .
Just above your lowerlashes is your waterline. Apply the eyeliner carefully. Make sure that it is waterline safe and that you don't poke your eye with it. You can also apply it to your upper lashline. Eyeliner adds definition to your eyes.
This does not infect ur eye, eyeliner is made to go there. Where have you been putting it??! Lol
That depends on which eyeliner you mean. Do you mean the pencil that goes across your waterline or the liquid eyeliner? Pencil- Pull down skin underneath the eyes and draw a liner of (thick) black eyeliner. If (like mine) your eyeliner doesn't work first time, run it across your right waterline and it should work when you go across to the left. If it works, go back across to the right and fill in.
Not at all, Infact most Scene/Emo's prefer to put eyeliner on their water-line :')Tip how to put it on:Eyeliner Pencil and Liquid Eyeliner ; Mix :D1.Sharpen your eyliner pencil so it's not too blunt.2. Start from the right-hand corner of your eye, then work your way along wards.3. Go over your water-line as manhy times as you like, until it's thick enough.4. Get out your liquid eyeliner, and practice drawing thick lines on your hand before applying.5. Use your waterline as a guide-line, draw a thick line underneath your waterline with your Liquid Eyeliner until it is thick enough for you.Personal Comment ;Don't put Liquid Eyeliner on your waterline until your really confident with applying makeup, otherwise you could get panda eyes, or makeup in your eyes....OUCH!!Hope this helps ;)
Nope! Most people use eyeliner for their waterline only, like me. I think it makes a better effect, and it doesn't effect your eyes whatso ever!
Yes. At least until the stye is gone..the oils in the eyeliner can get into it and cause it to get even more of an infection and will take longer to heal.
YES! But you can also switch eyeliers and see if the brand was the problem.
The best way to do this is taking a Q-tip dipped in eye makeup remover. Gently move it back and fourth over the eyeliner. This isn't scary as it sounds, LOL. try not to apply long-lasting eyeliner on your waterline, because it's long-lasting and difficult to take off. But, anyways try not to blink when doing it. If the eye makeup remover get into your eyes, just flush it with cool water and I've heard eye drops could also help. Then, after your done removing the eyeliner, flush your eyes with cool water.Good luck!! :)
It stings for a second. Then it goes away.Your eye will not be permanently damaged in any way, but the sensation is not pleasant. Avoid using liquid liner on the lower lashline or on the upper or lower waterline. It is for the upper lash line outside of your waterline only. If you apply it only there, you should have nothing to worry about.I hope this answer has helped you! =]
kohl pencil is a good eyeliner, its waterproof and it doent run.kohl pencils also have a great range of colours and they arent faint.i would recomed this eyeliner as its very good value for money and avalible at most chemists for about £2.50 each.
drag your mascara along the bottom of your eye up to your eye brow then put a load of eyeliner on your waterline and then smear it so it looks smokey and that's all :)
