Buddy Valastro's (the present day owner) father bought the bakery from a baker named Carlo who first owned the bakery.

At Carlo's Bakery, the price of the cake depends on the size, the fillings and the detail work.
A simple two layer cake costs about 20$. For a customized 9" birthday cake, prices start as low as $80. Examples can be seen at bakeshop.carlosbakery.com/specialty-cakes/customer-favorites
Carlo's Bakery also specializes in wedding cakes; however, prices vary dramatically depending on the size and details. The bakery will deliver a cake, but keep in mind that they have a delivery fee which is calculated by the hour.
There's nothing quite like sweet taste of Carlo's Bakery so you certainly will be satisfied with a cake from Carlo's Bakery!
The riddle "why did the gyro go into ta bakery" is supposed to have the answer "Just for the smell of it."
No. They are working on it, but as of now the answer is no. They don't know when you will be available, but it probably won't be until March of 2012. It is a complicated process that takes a long time. They deliver within the tri-state area and sometimes deliver outside of it. If you want them to deliver outside of the tri-state area, then you can either call or email them. If you want to call them, you call them at (201) 659-3671. If you want to email them, then you email them at consultations@carlosbakery.com.
Im sure they do. ull have 2 visit their website or call them 2 make sure. :)
Buddy Valastro has stated in his episode "Cake Boss: Dear Buddy" it is around a 3-6 hour wait to get into Carlo's Bakery.
Probably in the morning, when there's less customers.
He hasen't started yet because him an his wife recently had a baby and they didn't want to make the big move with a newborn.
