Fallout 3 Broken Steel issues when i finish the game whether i sacrifice myself or not it shows the normal ending video and then it just goes to me lying on the floor in the purifier room?

yes broken steel enables you to stay alive though normally you are put outside the purifier. I'm not sure why you are still in there though :/ possibly a glitch.

Try re-booting your console and if that doesnt work take it to a game shop to get it repaired. (or it might not have loaded)

I'm pretty sure it all depends on if you have Broken-Steel downloaded. If you don't, ignore this. I thought that they just ended up in the room you were in after the purifier was activated when Lyons wakes you up.
