Yes some tribes stayed neutral while other tribes were persuaded by the treaties the Americans and British made. The tribes that stayed neutral didn't join either side were having too much problems to go into war like holding their own land or maintaining their tribe. It goes either way when it comes to which tribe wanted what either side offered.
this is a very debatable question but in my opinion, no. if the U.S. stayed neutral during ww2 then hitlers forces would have overpowered the allied forces in Europe. it was the Americans and their bravery that won ww2. not to mention that Americans don't let someone get away with attacking a naval base without any consequences.
Neutral
Some Northeastern tribes worked with the British, while others with the American forces. Others stayed neutral.
Ireland stayed a neutral country.
Sweden
2/5 of the colonists were neutral about the war. It means that they didn't chose sides. They just didn't really care, or were Quakers against war and violence. During the war, most of them lived in the middle colonies and stayed neutral for most of the war. they would only fight if their land was threatened.
