I think I know what you are talking about. Agoraphobia? Maybe fear of going outside of your home? I have something like that to a degree. Sometimes I don't like so much air around me...or space. So, as strange as it sounds, I sit in my tight closet and wrap myself in blankets while wearing layers of clothing. This is definitely anxiety related, and for me, PTSD related as it makes me feel safe.

The fear of fresh air is called aerophobia. I know it sounds fake but that's honestly what it is. aerophobia
