Yes! I was charged with felony murder 1 as an accomplice to an armed robbery that resulted in a homicide. I was just the driver and did not go inside but was still charged with murder. I plead guilty to Rob1 w/ firearm even though I had no weapon and I am to be sentenced to 91 mos 60 of which must be served w/o "good time"! Be careful who you roll with!
