Physically there isn't one, the closest thing would be the ovarian sac (the outer part of the ovaries)
The default configuration of a prenatal infant is female. As the baby develops, if it is going to become male then the gonads develop into testes and eventually push their way out of the body to become testicles hanging in an outer sack (scrotum)
In a female the gonads develop into ovaries, the female does not develop the hanging sack on the outside to hold them as the ovaries remain internal organs.
From a purely anecdotal view you could consider the labia as being similar to the male scrotum. This has no medical bearing however since the flesh of the labia is developed from the outside skin where as the scrotum on a male came originally from an internal source and is then inverted when its pushed out of the body during gestation.
