Figured out how to write simple c plus plus programs but I can't find something that is not way to fancy to use to compile and run it any suggestions preferably online downloads?

Try using Microsoft Visual Studio Express Edition (http://www.microsoft.com/express/Windows/). It's free and it's relatively easy to use.
