Color was not an issue as much as you may think in Britain when it comes to the way London Transport handled hiring so in all the studies i have done, never have I come across any indication of employee description. You may try London Black History or folklore in the Black community as it is a matter of pride to be sure.

No they are two separate lines on the London Underground. Circle line is yellow ,Central line is black I think.
