It's actually best to never keep fish in a bowl. It is extremely cruel, especially considering that it is not enough space for any animal to thrive. The bare minimum for a betta fish is 2.5 gallons but 5 gallons much more apt for a betta fish. They are extremely beautiful and active species of fish, so it's best to give them more space. It is a myth that they can live in bowls and it tends to cut down on their life span considerably. Hope this helps!
Yes they can live in a fish bowl but they will eventually take over the bowl.
yes but only a betta fish and moutain minnows can live in a bowl :) oh and they cant live together
yes
well they can't live in a bowl idiot
Yes they can, :)
Although it may well be possible to keep one for a short time (1"of fish NEEDS 1 gal of water)I believe it is cruel to keep any fish in a 'fish bowl'. Even a Betta.
Bettas are. Goldfish really should have an aquarium if you want them to live.
Neither. A 'fish bowl' is a terrible place for a fish, usually goldfish which are actually pond fish and can grow massive and live 20 yrs. However if it HAD to be one or the other, it'd be the bowl as there will be more gaseous exchange at the surface of the water than there would be in a bag, even with holes in.
No. You should never put any fish in a bowl. 1. They don"t live as long in bowls rather than they do in tanks. 2. With a bowl you would have to clean it out every three days. 3. The fish will be miserable in a bowl so a bowl is a bad idea. If you cant afford a tin gallon tank then get a five gallon it"s small and it will make your fish much happier rather than living in a bowl. Your fish will thank you for not putting them in a bowl. Hope this helped.
A few seconds as it dies in agony.
first you have to buy it. you cant buy one with fish already in it. in buy mode go to hobbies and click the fish bowl then you catch fish on live mode then click the fish bowl and click fill or whatever.
None. The 1 gallon bowl is already too small for the betta by itself.
